2. What Personal Data We Collect
- Identity & contact data — name, e-mail, phone (when you submit an inquiry, register or about us).
- Account data — username and securely hashed password if you create an account.
- Usage data — pages visited, referrer, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps.
- Inquiry content — messages, configurations and preferences you share with us, including kitchen-constructor projects you save.

3. Purposes & Legal Bases
- To provide the website and core features (login, constructor, inquiries) — performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To respond to your inquiries — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) and pre-contractual steps.
- Security, fraud prevention, abuse mitigation — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Analytics, marketing & non-essential cookies — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to comply with legal obligations. Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months; account data is kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months thereafter; server logs are kept up to 90 days.

We share data only with processors strictly needed to operate the service (hosting, e-mail delivery, error monitoring). All processors are bound by data-processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, transfers are protected by adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). We do not sell personal data.

The service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly process their data.

We do not perform automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects on you.
