Inside, multiple rack levels and hooks allow flexible placement of products. Process control. The smoker features a sealed door with an integrated thermometer for precise temperature control. A chimney provides stable draft and proper smoke circulation. Durable heat-resistant coating. The powder coating is applied electrostatically and cured at 200°C, forming a strong layer resistant to moisture, corrosion, and mechanical damage.
